learning styles.Talents,gifts,andaptitudesconnoteabilitiesthat areaboveandbeyondthe
realmofsimplehumanunderstanding,suchasthe abilityto playamusicalinstrumentwell
orsetnewrecordsin athleticcompetitions.Learningstyles,meanwhile,arefixed modesof
understandingthat alearner usesregardlessofthe instructional context.Intelligencesare
morethan eitherofthese. Theyarelegitimate conduitsofcognitionthat canbeflexibly
appliedacrossthe curriculumin variedcontextsbyalllearners
