politicaldispensation.Basically,thisinvolvestheequalcitizenshipofall
SouthAfricans,theprotectionoftheirhumanrights,andparticipationin
decision-makingbyallaffectedbythedecisions.Atthemacrolevelthis
isdonethroughelectedrepresentatives;atmicrolevel,suchasina
school,theparticipationcanbemoredirect.
